Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales of wines and products made on the Manoir de la Tête Rouge website between the estate ("the Seller") and any adult individual making a purchase ("the Customer").
Article 2 — Sale of alcohol to minors prohibited
In accordance with French law, the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited (art. L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). By ordering, the Customer certifies that they are at least 18 years old. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.
Article 3 — Products
Wines are offered subject to available stock. Vintages, volumes and descriptions appear on each product page. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 5 — Order and payment
The sale is firm once confirmed by email and payment is received. Payment is made online by credit card through a secure provider.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within mainland France and the European Union, within the timeframes indicated at the time of the order. Receipt requires the presence of an adult (signature required). Risk passes to the Customer upon handover of the parcel.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason. Bottles must be returned unopened and intact, in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Article 8 — Warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 9 — Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
