Your bottles are shipped in cartons specially designed for wine transport (reinforced, custom-fit cells). We ship within 2 to 5 business days, with a reliable partner carrier.

Free Delivery
Delivery is free in metropolitan France for orders of 12 bottles or more.
Receiving Your Package
An adult (18 years or older) must be present for delivery. A signature may be required. In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse it or make precise reservations on the delivery driver's slip, then contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace any broken bottles.
Pickup at the Estate
You can also pick up your order for free at the estate by appointment — an opportunity for a tasting and a meeting with the winemaker.
Storage During Transport
During periods of high heat (July-August), we recommend avoiding shipments or opting for pickup at the estate. Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
