A living estate, rooted in its terroir
Guillaume Reynouard farms this estate built in 1649, at the foot of the Puy Notre Dame hill. Here the vines are tended according to the principles of certified Biodyvin biodynamics — chemical-free, in harmony with the natural cycles of earth and sky.
Around fifteen cuvées are born each year from this exceptional clay-limestone terroir: Cabernet Franc, Chenin, Grolleau Gris, Pineau d'Aunis. Each bottle tells the story of a plot, a vintage, a season.

Biodynamics, in tune with earth and sky
Plant-based preparations, a lunar calendar, copper and sulphur only when necessary. Biodynamics is not a trend — it is a daily commitment to the soil, the vine and those who taste our wines.
In the cellar, the same philosophy: spontaneous fermentations, long ageing, bottling without fining or filtration. Added sulphites are kept to the strict minimum.
